Return & Exchange Policy

You need to raise a request or notify us with in 3 days of delivering the product. Ex: If you received the product on the 1st, you need to raise a request by the 3rd. If it has been more than 3 days. Your request will be rejected.

Requirements

  1. Product must be in unused condition with no sign of wear and tear.
  2. All Tags and Packaging must be intact.
  3. CLEARANCE SALE products are non returnable.

Exchange Policy

  • Contact our customer care team to initiate the exchange process. You can do this by emailing us at wearanokha108@gmail.com. Let us know your Order ID and the reason for the exchange.
  • We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the product to us. Simply print and attach the label to the package and our courier partners will pick the item from your doorstep. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your exchange and ship out your new product within 2-3 business days.

Return Policy

No Returns Acceptable , Exchange is allowed if any faulty product is received .

Reverse Pickup :

We offer reverse pickup service worth Rs 100/. for our customers as we value your business with us.

However there might be a few pin-codes where we are unable to offer pickup service . In that case , we will provide you with the address and you have to ship back the product at our address with tags on .

It is your responsibility to handover the correct product to the pickup executive. Company will not be liable to process the replacement if incorrect product is received.
